Current Projects

“Positioning and Channel and Product Development”

For two companies, we have been asked to develop strategy,  social channels and a partner programs. The request was for Human 1.0 to be a ‘plug and play’ marketing department. This also requires change management — helping the company move more into social — for other parts of the organization.

“Innovation and Collaboration”

We focus on creating an Innovative and Collaborative culture by working closely with senior management and their employees. We know that innovation and collaboration improve employee engagement, creates a higher performing organization and has a direct impact on a company’s overall success.

“Identifying your Tribes and Building an Ecosystem”

We leverage our proprietary methodology to identify the different tribes (or groups) of people who interact with a client’s brand and it’s products and services. This is done in conjunction with using traditional social media monitoring tools. Much of our methodology is discussed in our book The Hyper Social Organization

“Community and Social Media Building”

We can build or update your online community — either for internal employees or external customers and business partners or both. We can also design and manage your presence on any social network, such as Facebook, Twitter, YouTube, Slideshare and LinkedIn. In most cases, we believe the two should be handled together. Note that some clients prefer the hub and spoke model, identifying brand ambassadors to manage their social networks and then driving users to their company website or online community, while other companies prefer to provide all information at the point of engagement. To see examples of our work, go to the Intuit Community, eRoom, Adobe Rome,

“Establish Leadership Online or with a Virtual Team”

We take our clients’ internal leadership models (or develop one for them) and design and implement an online version, enabling their employees and business partners to establish ‘leadership’ on the Web, on Mobile, on Facebook, or in any other virtual environment. This includes playing a leadership role on conference calls with your virtual teammates who might be dispersed around the country or around the world.

“Onsite Workshops”

Throughout the year, we conduct on-site workshops, which can focus on a variety of topics, including the ones above. For each of these workshops, we tailor the content to the company culture and needs, but interviewing employees and doing an extensive needs assessment. This ensures that our clients ‘get what they are paying for’ as well as have content they can share with the rest of the organization.

“Getting Digitally Ready”

We focus on helping companies handle Digital Risk, which is becoming more and more an issue. We address the “People” and “Process” side of Risk, while partnering with several technology companies. Some of the areas our work focuses on: Brand Reputation and Employee Engagement, Privacy and Security, Facebook and other social networks, and more. We also have a crowd-sourced library of information and case studies about managing these sorts of issues at DigitalRisks.com
